We hope that you will never have cause to complain about any of our staff, or the standard of care that we provide your pets. However, should you have concerns, please speak initially to the Vet with whom you have been dealing. They may refer you to a Partner at the relevant branch you attend. Most problems should be able to be sorted out at this level.

More serious complaints must be addressed, in writing, to our Practice Manager, at our Dundee surgery, (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) who will then investigate the complaint and respond in writing. If a client is unhappy with this response, then your final route of action is to send your complaint to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, which is the govening body for all Veterinary Surgeons. Their disciplinary Committee would investigate complaints thoroughly and independantly.

At Parkside Veterinary Group we want pets to be fit and well and an owner to be happy. Any criticism of our standards, rare though it may be, will be used to improve our systems to attain this goal.

Whilst we welcome constructive criticism, we will not tolerate any aggressive, or abusive behaviour to any staff-member at any time. Any client behaving in such a way will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will then be notified in writing that they must find alternative veterinary care for their pet(s).
